Baker

Duties include:

• Making and decorating scones, biscuits, breads, muffins, cakes, loaves, turnovers, doughnuts, and other pastries.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to start at 2/3am.
• Making sandwiches after the bakery orders are done.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must have Food Safe certificate, or be willing to get one.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Sandwich Maker

Duties include:

• Using slicer, ovens, panini press.
• Deep frying.
• Following recipes.
• Chopping vegetables.
• Cutting and wrapping sandwiches.
• Keeping work station clean and organized.
• Working as part of a team.

Must be able to start work as early as 2am most days Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend shift. Train/bus does not run that early so must...
