A qualified BAKER with experience in a similar industry and understanding various baking processes, which includes Bread, Pastry and confectionary is invited to apply for this permanent post in Johannesburg.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring health and safety in the bakery /demonstration/training area

Full responsibility for the bakery, including but not limited to budget, kitchen equipment, storage of equipment and ingredients and cleaning of bakery

Setting up and manning of stand at Trade shows / exhibitions. Travel locally, nationally and internationally

Assisting client in adapting and fine turning recipes for optimal result on equipment  

Training of customer /customer staff in test bakery or at client's site, accurate recording of training events, feedback to clients an...
