As a Baker at our bustling bakery in Gujrat Pakistan you will play a crucial role in creating delicious baked goods for our customers. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Baker who is passionate about their craft and has the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Decorate and finish products with toppings, icings and fillings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure proper baking results
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment
- Train and supervise assistant bakers as needed
