A reputable bakery in Faisalabad is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including bread, pastries and cakes.
- Follow traditional and modern recipes to create high-quality products.
- Ensure all ingredients are properly measured and mixed to the correct consistency.
- Monitor baking process to ensure goods are cooked at the right temperature and for the appropriate amount of time.
- Decorate pastries and cakes with creative designs according to customer requests.
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role.
- Knowledge of different types of flour, yeast and other baking ingredients.
- Understanding of food safety regulations.
