Backup Technical Support Representative

Join our fast-growing company as an English speaking Technical Support Representative with C1 level of English language.

It is a remote position.

Schedule:

Type of working shifts:

1. 8-17 (EET) - 3-12 (GMT-3);

2. 14-23 (EET) - 9-18 (GMT-3);

3. 23-8 (EET) - 18-3 (GMT-3)

Proactively ensure uninterrupted coverage of colleagues’ working

hours, including night shifts, in response to client requests, particularly

during vacations, sick leave, or other absences. All substitutions will be

discussed 24-48h upfront.
