Backhoe Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate backhoe for excavation, trenching, loading, grading, and farm road/drainage work
• Align with Foreman or Project Overseer on daily plan; read marks/levels; follow spotter signals
• Perform pre-start and shutdown checks
• Log machine hours, fuel; report defects/near-misses ASAP
• Perform cleaning and minor maintenance

Qualifications

• TESDA NC II (Backhoe / Excavator) preferred
• Two or more years backhoe experience (construction/agri); clean safety record
• Basic hydraulics/troubleshooting; capable of minor repairs
• Can read simple plans/levels; physically fit
• Professional Driver's License a plus; honest, punctual, team-oriented, and accurate in logging
• NBI Clearance, Barangay Clearance, and Police Clearance
• Photocopy of Diploma and TOR
• Certificate of Employment (COE), if any
