Job Description
Division : Operations
Role
Instruct free of payment transfer to the respective Transfer agent according to the Transfer rules/policy.
Ensure the transfers are booked correctly on MFEX and Transfer agent side within the given timeframe
Assist in any queries from the client, counterparty or MFEX internal team
Perform correction transfers for any discrepancies that reported by reconciliation team
Liaising the counterparty for more info and document related for the transfer
Investigate and identify the issue on pending transfers report from the TA
To ensure daily follow up with the Transfer Agent and reporting to the client service
To ensure all shares breaks assigned to Transfer team is being actioned accordingly
Requirements
:
3-5 years of industry experience related to financial services operations with understanding of investment operations and operational excellence.
