Acting as the voice of our brands, you will help build customer loyalty by providing timely support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and delivering an outstanding brand experience across multiple channels.
You will work closely with both customers and internal teams, contributing to a positive customer journey while helping us continuously improve our processes and service quality.
What We Are Looking For Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
