Job Description

Pathward is seeking a Client Support Associate to respond to daily B2B inquiries by phone and email, ensuring issues are resolved within SLAs. You will collaborate with banking partners to address operational needs and identify cross-selling opportunities.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while learning new systems. Prior experience with Salesforce and regulatory CIP processes is a plus.
