Job Description
Key Deliverables: Achieve sales targets for Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line services in the assigned territory. Grow Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) across new and existing accounts. Drive new client acquisitions and revenue through upselling and cross-selling. Ensure seamless delivery and implementation of services to meet client expectations. Role Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships in Kolkata, Haldia, Bardhaman, and Hooghly. Serve as the single point of contact for customer requirements across all services. Negotiate and close contracts/orders effectively to drive revenue. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence for business planning.
