B2B Customer Success & Partnerships Manager

ACCA Lahore is seeking a Customer Services Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead partner-facing operations in Pakistan. You’ll act as the main contact for ACCA B2B partners, manage SLAs, build relationships, and drive account growth while coordinating with senior colleagues.

The role requires proven experience in B2B customer services account management, fluent English, strong data and CRM skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
