  • Proactively identify high‑potential sellers across Mexico through market analysis and field research
  • Build trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors and industry associations
• Become a Growth Architect
  • Develop customized growth strategies to increase sellers' GMV through:
  • Data‑driven product selection
  • Traffic acquisition tactics (social media ads/SEO/KOL collaboration)
  • Promotional campaign planning (seasonal sales/launch events)
• Serve as Operational Partner
  • Guide sellers through platform onboarding: SKU optimization, listing creation, logistics setup
