Salary & Hours

• NJC Scale 4a – £27,254‑£27,694 (pro‑rata)
• Actual Salary £20,126 rising to £20,451 (Pay award pending)
• 30 hours a week, term‑time only
• Permanent
• From September 2026

Responsibilities

• Support students in class across a range of subjects and ages.
• Work with 11‑16 year‑olds with a variety of needs.
• Assist teachers and contribute to effective classroom management.
• Provide one‑to‑one and small group support to children, using creative learning activities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Collaborate with the team to promote inclusive education.
