This person sits at the bridge between applications and the data platform — Fabric familiarity tells you they understand what's underneath the apps they're building. Candidates who only know Power Apps in isolation won't cut it here.
Python / SQL
The data environment runs on Python and SQL — candidates need enough depth in both to work with the data their applications are consuming. Surface level won't be enough when they're pulling from a production lakehouse.
