AWS Connect Developer Contract Hybrid 6 month contract with strong day rate on offer. Looking for an AWS Connect Developer with solid hands-on delivery experience across Amazon Connect, contact centre platforms, and AWS AI services. This role sits within a major enterprise environment building and enhancing cloud contact centre capabilities using modern AWS technologies. Key experience required: Strong Amazon Connect implementation experience across IVR, routing, CTI and CRM integrations AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3 and CloudWatch Experience with Amazon Lex, AI/ML services and LLM integrations TypeScript / modern JavaScript development CI/CD, DevOps and serverless architecture experience Ability to build scalable, resilient and secure contact centre solutions Strong stakeholder engagement and production support capability AWS certifications highly desirable Hybrid working with 1 day per week onsite.
