The AV/VC Technologist at UNB plays a vital role in maintaining the reliability of enterprise-wide audio-visual and videoconferencing systems. You will install, configure, and support AV/VC equipment while providing tier 2 support for technical incidents. This position is integral in ensuring that teaching, learning, and research spaces are equipped with optimal technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and support AV/VC equipment across various spaces
• Document and track technical issues using ticketing systems
• Manage inventory records and upkeep equipment databases
• Conduct bi-annual audits of AV/VC systems
• Provide technical support through multiple communication channels
Requirements:
• Diploma in a technology field
