Job Description – AVP / VP Collections Experience: 10+ Years We are looking for an experienced Collections Leader to drive end-to-end retail loan collections strategy and execution. The individual will be responsible for managing large-scale collections operations, optimizing recovery performance, driving analytics-led decision-making, and managing agency networks across geographies. This role requires a strong blend of collections expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and data-driven problem-solving. Collections Strategy & Operations Lead collections strategy across retail lending products such as Personal Loans and Credit Cards.
