AVP – Trade & Treasury Technologies

Aligning IT and Business strategy to ensure that Technology is seen as an enabler to fulfill Business Objectives. To lead Trade & Treasury Platforms portfolio and ensure timely completion of Projects initiatives / Tasks within approved budget in order to meet strategic Technology Road map.

Responsible for end-to-end management of Trade, Treasury, Limits Management platforms, including vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, regulator liaison, and timely implementation of changes, with secondary responsibility of managing associated Trade & Treasury platforms as assigned.

To provide adequate support, guidance & motivation to the team members in order to ensure the achievement of assigned projects.

Review team performance and deliverables in line with the approved KPI’s to ensure meeting desired objectives.

Coach, train and develop team skills by identifying training needs and assign appropriate learning platform to the team.
