AVP, Client Service Engineering - AI Automation

The AVP is an execution-focused role, working under the guidance of the VP. The role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and collaboration skills to drive cross‑functional AI initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders across business lines, technology, and support functions.

The AVP will often operate as project lead for specific initiatives or workstreams with stakeholders across Business Lines, Group Technology, DAAI, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Audit, GCOO and vendors to drive AI automation priorities, intelligent process redesign, and governance. This is an execution-focused role; tangible results in adoption, ROI, scalability, and risk mitigation will be key in defining success.
