Job Description
Sell entire range of Personal banking products to potential retail prospects & to maintain strong relationships with existing clients of the bank. Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of team goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the Units strategic direction.
Present and sell all personal banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical structured & professional manner.
Relationship-manage a portfolio of approved companies by developing key contacts and relationships – ‘Hunter Model’ as feed for team - will carry specific company on-boarding targets.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers & companies to enhance cross-sell opportunities – will take-up specific company cross-sell/penetration targets.
