Job Description
Sell entire range of Personal banking products to potential retail prospects & to maintain strong relationships with existing clients of the bank. Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of team goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the Units strategic direction.
- Present and sell all personal banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical structured & professional manner.
- Relationship‑manage a portfolio of approved companies by developing key contacts and relationships – ‘Hunter Model’ as feed for team – will carry specific company on‑boarding targets.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers & companies to enhance cross‑sell opportunities – will take‑up specific company cross‑sell/penetration targets.
- Work closely with Corporate and SME Banking units to empanel them for Retail cross‑sell. ...
