AVA Executive

Job Description:

• Provide AV/IT support for school events, assemblies, performances, and examinations.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV/IT equipment, including projectors, Apple TV, visualizers, and sound systems.
• Create and edit videos to support school activities and events.
• Conduct basic AV/IT setup training for staff and student technology representatives.
• Support students and staff with Personal Learning Device (PLD) and technical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and cleaning of AV/IT equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment servicing, repairs, and installations.
• Maintain equipment inventory, loan records, maintenance logs, and documentation.
• Assist with the receiving, checking, and inventory tagging of new AV/IT equipment.
• Carry out other AV, media, and ICT-related duties assigned by the school.
