MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Technical Support
- Ensure all sound and lighting (S&L) equipment is clean, properly maintained, and fully operational
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment, including projectors, microphones, speakers, video conferencing systems, lighting consoles, digital and analog sound mixers, CD players, sound processors, and projection systems
- Provide live technical support and troubleshooting during events, shows, and meetings
- Manage sound checks, stage setups, and technical riders for bands, singers, and performers
Team Supervision
- Supervise daily operations of the AV team and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Assign duties, monitor performance, and prepare weekly shift schedules for the Sound & Lighting sub-department
