The Opportunity This hands‑on technical role is responsible for programming, configuring, and commissioning integrated AV and control systems in alignment with design intent and company quality standards. The position emphasizes efficient, scalable code, consistent programming practices, and accurate documentation to support system performance, serviceability, and reliable, user‑friendly control solutions.
The AV Programmer collaborates with Engineering, Project Management, Integration, and Service teams, along with external stakeholders, to support seamless delivery from post‑design through commissioning and handoff. Responsibilities include interpreting system designs, developing user interfaces, integrating subsystems, supporting commissioning, and troubleshooting issues to ensure systems meet functional and performance requirements and are ready for service handoff.
