Autonomous AI Engineer - Real-Time Decisions (Azure)

Encora is seeking a Senior AI Developer to design and build autonomous AI Agents for the Drilling Advisor platform, focusing on real-time data interpretation and triggering appropriate AI agents. You will deploy and manage ML models within Azure environments and integrate Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI to enable reasoning and intelligent recommendations.

The role requires strong Python and ML framework experience, with a focus on production-grade systems in a hybrid work setup in Colombia.
