Job Description
Step into the role of Toolroom Supervisor at a prominent automotive company, overseeing tool makers and production schedules during the afternoon shift.
This full-time position is ideal for individuals with a Tool and Die Certificate and a minimum of five years in tool room experience. You'll use your strong communication and time management skills to control tooling processes, manage CAD files, and collaborate across departments for effective production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and train toolmakers and apprentices
• Schedule and plan tool room jobs efficiently
• Oversee heat treated components from suppliers
• Order necessary tooling components and supplies
• Resolve inter-departmental scheduling issues
Requirements:
• 5 years of tool room experience in automotive
• Tool and Die Certificate is a must
• Knowledgeable in ISO standards and SPC
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and CAD/CAM
• Must follow health and safety protocols
