Job Description
Duties
- Welcome customers and manage service bookings from enquiry through to vehicle collection.
- Open and close job cards, prepare quotations and obtain repair authorisations.
- Liaise with customers, providing regular updates throughout the repair process.
- Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians and the workshop.
- Source, order, receive and issue workshop parts.
- Manage inventory, stock levels and supplier orders.
- Process supplier returns and warranty parts where applicable.
- Ensure accurate costing, invoicing and workshop administration.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Minimum 35 years' experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Controller or in a combined Service/Parts role preferably within a dealership environment.
