Automotive Production Supervisor - Quality & Delivery

Faurecia seeks a Production Supervisor in San José Iturbide, Gto. You will guide production teams to achieve quality, cost, and delivery goals, set targets, implement improvement plans, and monitor results.

You will lead problem-solving activities and workshops while ensuring HSE compliance and safe working conditions. The role requires 1–3 years in production, preferably in automotive, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and English at an operational level.
