Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and maintain owner-facing vehicle documentation in clear, concise language suitable for translation into multiple languages and formats.

Develop content that explains vehicle features, controls, systems, symbols, maintenance requirements, and owner-performed procedures.

Produce and manage a range of owner information materials, including: Owner Manuals
Service Records
Vehicle-Specific Guides (e.g. performance driving, off-road operation, specialist vehicle usage)
Customer support and recovery information 

Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand, technical, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with engineering, product development, aftersales, and technical specialist teams to gather and validate information.

Support the delivery of both printed and digital documentation across multiple markets and languages.
