Automotive NPI Engineer - Motor Launch Lead

Hirehub Group is seeking a skilled professional in Kulai, Malaysia, to lead new product introduction (NPI) activities in automotive manufacturing. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields and at least 2 years of experience in automotive components.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of IATF 16949 standards, project management tools, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
