Automotive Customer Experience Specialist

Griffin HR Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for a Customer Service / Call Centre role with our automotive client in Macpherson. You will handle incoming calls, manage bookings, and clearly explain warranty details and vehicle features to customers.

Working days are 5.25 days per week with office hours 8am-6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am-12:30pm. GCE O Level or equivalent is required; prior call centre experience is advantageous. AWS included.
