Automotive Collision Technician (Flat Rate Pay)
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Collision Technician to work in a high‑productivity, flat‑rate pay environment. The successful candidate will complete structural and cosmetic repairs on vehicles in accordance with OEM and I‑CAR standards, work collaboratively with estimators and painters, and maintain a clean and safe shop.
What You'll Do
- Complete structural and cosmetic repairs on vehicles using OEM and I-CAR standards
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for body and frame repairs
- Weld, repair, and replace panels, bumpers, and other body components
- Work with estimators and painters to ensure workflow efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Use shop software and tools to document and complete repairs
