Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, telecalling, field visits, and digital platforms.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, finance options, insurance, and exchange offers.
Follow up with prospective customers until closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
