Responsibilities: Promote safety first culture. Drive zero test defect culture. Independently troubleshoot equipment and identify solutions by applying technical expertise and product knowledge. Perform full functional testing including insulation and Hi-Pot testing, I/O verification, cooling system functionality, and performance testing. Drive daily continuous improvement in productivity and product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production.
