Job Description
Summary: · Automation Technician is to build, maintain and troubleshoot robotic and automation systems, using knowledge of microprocessors, programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, sensor or feedback systems, hydraulics, or pneumatics. Essential Functions: · Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. · Work with Maintenance Manager to schedule work to be done to support production. · Perform electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic modifications on fixtures. · Support a team concept of working together in a mutually supportive atmosphere, respecting individuality, encouraging and using suggestions, and expressing appreciation for the efforts of our co-workers at all levels. · Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers or field representatives as necessary to maximize machine utilization and productivity · Fabricate automation and robotic systems to increase production and quality. · Install, program, or repair p...
