Location: Biddeford, Maine

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, repair, and maintain automated and robotic systems
  • Perform diagnostic checks, troubleshoot issues, and determine root causes (mechanical, electrical, or software-related)
  • Support automation setup, startup, and debug
  • Maintain accurate job documentation, including BOM updates and time logs
  • Test electro-mechanical assemblies using multimeters and other diagnostic tools
  • Assist in preparing testing documentation
  • Support machine installation, startup, and customer approval processes
  • Provide technical phone support and assist with service/spare parts
  • Travel to customer sites as needed
  • Conduct customer training
  • Desired Background/Skills:

  • High school diploma required; associate degree in automation technology or mechatronics preferred
