Job Description:
Location: Biddeford, Maine
Responsibilities:
Assemble, repair, and maintain automated and robotic systems
Perform diagnostic checks, troubleshoot issues, and determine root causes (mechanical, electrical, or software-related)
Support automation setup, startup, and debug
Maintain accurate job documentation, including BOM updates and time logs
Test electro-mechanical assemblies using multimeters and other diagnostic tools
Assist in preparing testing documentation
Support machine installation, startup, and customer approval processes
Provide technical phone support and assist with service/spare parts
Travel to customer sites as needed
Conduct customer training Desired Background/Skills:
High school diploma required; associate degree in automation technology or mechatronics preferred
