Automation Support Analyst – Data and Technology team

We are seeking a curious, solutions‑oriented analyst to support the stability, reliability, and availability of enterprise automations and AI‑enabled workflows across platforms such as UiPath, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and supporting production automations, AI‑powered workflows, copilots, and agentic solutions.
• Managing and supporting UiPath Orchestrator environments, queues, assets, schedules, robots, triggers, monitoring, and exception handling.
• Performing incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution to reduce recurring incidents.
• Supporting production changes, deployments, upgrades, release validations, and post‑release monitoring.
• Supporting Human‑in‑the‑Loop processes, Action Center workflows, and exception management.
