Job Description
Overview
Oversee and take responsibility for SAS system design and integration. Participate in fire and gas safety reviews. Manage the system design of process, utility, and electrical systems, including interfaces, FS, SCD, and HMI input. Follow up on system design for equipment packages and electrical automation systems. Design technical solutions according to client requirements. Follow up with vendors and their technical documentation, and participate in test activities such as FAT. Interface with other disciplines, suppliers, and the client. Prepare and complete engineering documents and data registers.
Required expertise
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Automation or an equivalent field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in automation engineering for projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
