Your mission, roles and responsibilities Automation & Controls Continous improvement on linestoppage downtime reduction Diagnose and resolve issues related to servo drives, motion control, and automated equipment. Implement logic adjustments and parameter changes following plant change-management processes. Automation implementation to reduce humand dependand operation, including the failure occurance. Robotics Support Support industrial robotic applications (KUKA preferred) Program recovery and optimization TCP, mastering, and reference validation PLC–robot interlock verification Automation troubleshooting and technical people empowerment Create procedures and standards for troubleshooting for the diversity of failure modes in the production equipments Develop autonomous teams in maintenance by continous training.
