Automation & Maintenance Lead - BIW Body Line

Overview

Provide support in the automatic lines in BIW with automatic equipment for the application of sealant, welding, studs, with NACHI, ABB, Fanuc robots with RSLOGIX, PILZ and GUARD LOGIX control, Operación de transportadores, torres de enfriamiento, drives y redes de comunicacion industrial. Management of technical and production personnel in body side line.

Responsibilities

• To manage the performance (OPE) of equipment.
• To implement the SPW Maintenance Domain including the standards and the equipment processes.
• To develop the Maintenance skills within the assigned area for all maintenance blue collars/skilled trades.
