• Turn blueprints, schematics, and repair drawings into action—plan, stage, and execute builds for automation equipment.
• Complete end-to-end scratch builds of machinery and ready systems for operation.
• Rig, dismantle, and prepare equipment for safe transport when moves are required.
• Install machines on solid foundations and provide on-site guidance to construction teams for safe, efficient interaction with equipment.
• Align, level, and calibrate components for optimal performance and safety.
• Finish parts with grinding and filing in both field and controlled settings.
• Travel when needed, though it’s not a primary component of the role.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Hands-on knowledge of automation equipment and industrial machinery.
• Basic welding experience.
