The Automation Field Service Engineer at Koops provides on-site support to repair, upgrade, and troubleshoot custom automation equipment at customer facilities.

What You’ll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade custom automation equipment at customer sites Support system performance and reliability throughout the equipment lifecycle Diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls systems Perform hands-on work with PLCs, HMIs, robots, and vision systems Coordinate solutions with internal teams and communicate directly with customers Travel to customer sites across North America Maintain strong documentation and communication on ...
