Job Description
Responsibilities
- Leadership on Manufacturing Execution Systems (High and Low) communication protocols.
- Integration and support of automated equipment (INE) for continuous improvement.
- Update current production systems according to Model Year, ECN and Platform Introductions.
- Develop technological innovation projects as part of the continuous Improvement.
- Ensure a technological Poka yoke strategy related to Safety and Quality to reduce RPN's.
- Ensure standardization in control hardware, programming logic as well as HMI's and screens architecture.
- Manage program changes through a governance and approval committee.
- Leadership on database for process parameters, OEE, MDT, and real time visual management of the operations KPI's.
- Follow BRP values and behaviors.
- Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
- Enforce Quality BRP policy.
