Metsä Board, part of Metsä Group, the leading forest industry group in Finland, is offering a permanent position for a Material Management and Master Data Engineer at its Simpele plant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy, development and timeliness of SAP‑master data and documentation (e.g., M‑Files) for the cardboard plant, focusing on automation.
• Work closely with maintenance, projects and investment experts, as well as external designers and suppliers.
• Participate in local procurement preparation and act as a technical expert during the procurement phase.
• Ensure that the data for machines and systems are correct so that maintenance and production run smoothly.
• Perform on‑site factory work in a highly present‑based environment and collaborate closely with various stakeholders.
