Auto-Loan Process & Client Experience Lead

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking an Auto-loan Processor to manage end-to-end documentation, ensure timely collection, and liaise with banks, sales, and clients. You will maintain accurate CRM records and support process improvements to streamline loan applications.

In this role, you will coordinate docs, prepare submissions, provide updates to clients, and track statuses through the full application lifecycle, ensuring compliance and timely outcomes across banking partners.
