- Install, repair and maintain electrical systems including wiring, batteries and lighting ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Interpret vehicle schematics and wiring diagrams to effectively implement repairs and modifications to electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical components, proactively addressing potential issues before they escalate.
- Stay updated on emerging automotive technologies and electrical systems to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to develop comprehensive solutions for complex vehicle electrical problems.
- Document all repairs and maintenance tasks performed on vehicles, maintaining accurate records for reference and warranty purposes.
