Responsibilities
- Maintain an ethical and collaborative relationship between the Dealers and Corporation
- Champion the execution of Canadian Tires True North Strategy, prioritizing Customers at the Core to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Facilitate the automotive OE (Operational Excellence Program) in Stores, providing coaching and training of best practices.
- Partner directly with Associate Dealers to balance the Dealers automotive business plan with the retail plan and Corporate priorities.
- Have a general understanding of the market, demographics and competitive landscape.
- Ensure aligned Corporate objectives are understood through written, verbal, in-person communications and regional automotive service meetings.
