Auto Body Technician (Dundas) (Pickering)

Job Description

The Auto Body Technician is responsible for structural and non-structural repairs, and will disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle. The Auto Body Technician works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle
• Use frame equipment
• Apply current knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, directly contributing to KPI's (Sales/ CP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS)
• Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance
