Position Overview

We are seeking an Audit Manager for a Lincolnshire, Illinois-based organization. This is a full-time leadership position overseeing internal and external audit functions, risk management, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit department operations
• Develop and execute internal audit plans and strategies
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare for audits
• Assess internal controls and identify risk areas
• Prepare audit reports and recommendations
• Monitor compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Lead audit team and mentor junior auditors
• Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions
