Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple audit engagements from planning through to completion
- Develop audit plans, risk assessments, and engagement strategies
- Supervise, coach, and mentor audit staff, ensuring effective allocation of work and professional development
- Review audit working papers, financial statements, and audit files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with firm methodologies and professional standards
- Ensure sufficient and appropriate audit evidence is obtained to support audit conclusions
- Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and profitability, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently
- Identify significant audit findings, internal control weaknesses, and business risks, providing practical recommendations to clients
